I recently met by Dr. Andrew Nguyen, and was pleased with his directness, professionalism and sense of humor. Whenever, I am nervous, I have a tendency of lighten things up by joking, and Dr. Nguyen enjoyed my sense of humor. I believe he will give me excellent treatment. He ordered extensive lab work to zero in to my kidney and bladder condition due to Diabetes 2 which is under control. Thank you, Dr. Nguyen and thank you for your service. God bless you. Dr. Nguyen is a great doctor. Him and his office have gone out of their way to help me and my mom. I needed him at 2am and i was able to get a hold of him talked me through my problem gave me advise and got me through the night. I would ignore that guy, sounds to me like he didn't get his way, that's what's wrong with people now days, leave a bad review just because you didn't get your way. I WOULD RECOMMEND DR NGUYEN AND HIS GROUP THEY ARE AMAZING.
Avoid Dr. Andrew at all costs. I am wheelchair-bound, and this doctor showed a complete lack of understanding, urgency, and compassion for patients with disabilities. I was repeatedly forced to come in for unnecessary testing, which was extremely difficult for me physically and felt pointless. He obsessed over how many catheters I use per day, even though my usage is completely normal for spinal cord injury patients and consistent with what many others in my situation require.
