Hello. Is the owner of this practice aware that office manager/scheduler Amy is scaring patients away? She is talking in a “I am very important and smart” manner, making patients feel stupid and belittled. Will NOT be bringing my hard earned money to your practice because of this! Sorry about that. Maybe worth hiring someone more calm and respectful.
I came to this doctor as he is the only one who can test for everything that can cause contact allergies, even surgical implants. It was worth the drive. He is like the Dr. House of dermatology. He is also a professor, so listen to him and his expertise, go back to being a student in college for 30 mins. Keep your questions to the end and he will be through answering them all. Dr. Scheman and his team are true miracle workers and I’m here to echo the message of positivity that other people have shared here in the reviews. It took me my GP, and three different dermatologists to get to Dr. Scheman who ultimately diagnosed my issue and resolved it in a matter of a week, which is incredible since I was dealing with it for more than 3 months and could not narrow down the specific ingredient that I was allergic to in my daily products. I have tried to get in contact with the scheduling team at this office at least 20 times over the past few months as this office came highly recommended. Unfortunately, all of the office staff either don't answer or are extremely short with me. I was hoping to go schedule patch testing but am unable to.
