I had the absolute worst experience with Dr. Scheman's office staff. The scheduler Amy had just returned from vacation and returned my call to schedule an evaluation for my daughter. Amy was short-tempered, quickly accused me of being "hysterical" and hung up on me. I tried to reach someone from the office to discuss the situation but was hung up on. This is a horrible reflection on this practice.
Dr Andrew Scheman is extremely knowledgeable and expert on Eczema / Contact dermatitis. Explains things thoroughly and makes treatment easy for his patients. His passion for his field is pleasantly apparent. Highly recommend!

Hello. Is the owner of this practice aware that office manager/scheduler Amy is scaring patients away? She is talking in a “I am very important and smart” manner, making patients feel stupid and belittled. Will NOT be bringing my hard earned money to your practice because of this! Sorry about that. Maybe worth hiring someone more calm and respectful.
