Extremely frustrating experience and still ongoing. I scheduled an appointment for my Husband back in August of 2025 and was very specific that he needed to see the doctor scheduled with Dr. Andrew Li (Orthopedic). When he arrived for his appointment on 8/7/2025, he was disheartened to find he would not be seeing the actual Dr. Li but what appeared to be a PA. Dr. Li guided me through what was undoubtedly one of the most trying times of my life. The idea of cancer is frightening, and the possibility of a diagnosis even more so — in moments of bad news, or even the potential of it, I tend to dissociate and tune out. Dr. Li is the GOAT. I was referred to him due to pre-cancer in my cervix, and he performed a cone biopsy. Throughout the process he was so patient, explained everything in terms I could understand without being patronizing, and was happy to answer all my questions. I have anxiety and cried in the appointment where he told me I'd have to get surgery, and he was extremely patient and kind. I never felt rushed or dismissed, even though I'm sure he's very busy.
