Andrew Cosey is by far one of the most reliable individuals in the real estate market. From start to finish, the communication was over and beyond and the process was amazing. Andrew Cosey was wonderful to work with when we sold our little rental property. Andrew is a very respectful communicator, we didn't need to wait for responses. He explained everything we needed to know about the contracts, offers, and feedback from viewings. He had a great photographer that used photos and added digital staging.
