Still dealing with issues since june 2024
Andrew was very helpful in combining our policies for our auto, home and vacation property. He is knowledgeable and handled a complicated policy excellently.
Worst auto agent Andrew clemen he is very rude. He told me to stop talking as I'm expressing my complaint about them not handling my account updates. It's unbelievable how rude this agent is. I will be making a complaint to the bbb because this is ridiculous.
Absolutely disgusted with this office and service. You have to call several times to contact someone. I have been with allstate for a long time and my bill continues to go up. Lady sounds like she smokes three packs a day and is super passive aggressive. I too was annoyed bc they can never lower my bill when I have NEVER had a claim. I asked for my information to be emailed to another company and she said she wasnt going to put in the effort if I was leaving. Will never work with them again
