Dr. Bries is a great listener and his customer service is excellent. I felt his explanation of my shoulder issues was clear and any questions I asked were answered clearly. He listened to my point of view and never talk down to me. His staff is excellent and I have nothing but good things to say about them. His team is well trained and helpful. This is my third experience with him in 12 years and I would go back to him again in the future.
This is my third big surgery by Dr. Bries. He has a great team! Always there to help with anything you need. Tells it like it is, answers all my questions, very organized information you need to read, feel he does care & have had great results. Remember we have to do our part too. Highly recommend him!

Talks over you goes in circles in regards to info. Talks to you as if you are uneducated. Never added to my charts I was pregnant after everything had happened although I informed them when I filled out my paperwork. It’s like no one knew or read my file before speaking to me. Also anything I felt or tried to complain about was just all typical pain with the injury I had…
Had a bicycle accident and damaged my knee. Doc and his team performed emergency surgery very late on a Friday night. Great surgical team, super professional with a great sense of humor, and super follow on care. Would recommend this doc and his team to anyone needing treatment.
Was having problems with my left shoulder. He find the correct spot with ultrasound. Feel grea!
Excellent surgeon and support staff. Katie RN especially helpful and responsive. At times difficult to get an office visit scheduled in a timely manner.
