I would rate lower if I could. I drove my friend to the ER with the main symptoms of severe acute abdominal pain and vomiting. He came in, did not introduce himself or ask questions about what my friend was experiencing. He began aggressively pushing her stomach and asked if it hurt. She began crying from the pain and when she answered yes he began aggressively tapping exactly where she just said it hurt. WORTHLESS!!! As the wife of a highly decorated retired Military Solider and retired Police Officer. I am a 16 years in the HR side of the Medical Field- I WOULD FIRE HIM!!!!! Terrible bedside. We took our 22 year old daughter to the emergency room at MGMC in Ames for extreme lower abdominal pain. He treated my daughter as if she was faking it and talked in a very degrading manner to my daughter and my husband. He then sent her home and said, you will be fine.
