awesome everything is explained spot on..
Dr Wickline gave clear written instructions on things to do and not do. He explained the how and why. I followed his guidelines and was thrilled with the success of my surgery and recovery.
used the BREG machine to very good effect. better cooling and compression controlled swelling and pain very well. first 3 weeks kept step count and leg elevation controlled. better range of motion and sleeping too!
i would recommend the operation to anyone.

followed the recommended book and everything seemed to follow just as it said. Preferred that to going to phyiscal therapy.
