This program worked very well for me. It is very comprehensive. You must be dedicated and disciplined. I like that everything is explained in detail. Dr. Wickline and his team were wonderful.
Dr. Wickline does a good job with his videos and his booklet of explaining what to expect. Follow up phone calls were reassuring and enabled me to ask any questions or express any concerns I was having at the time.
Excellant!!!! Icing was probabaly the most important advise I was given.
liked that he gave me the ice machine. It would have been hard to spend the money not knowing how helpful it would be.

he explained everything in detail & listened to my concerns. The book is very helpful & keeps you on track with your exercises & recovery. The Bregg cooling system that Dr Wickline recommends is extremely helpful with its constant cooling & compression. I would highly recommend Dr. Wickline.
