I have no complaints whatsoever. Staff is excellent as responding to calls and answering any questions I had.
Dr. was very kind and took his time to answer all my quesrions and met all my expectations The ice machine was such a positve experience. The only holdback is the velcro wears out and doesn"t stay. I ended up using a scarf to keep it tight..

extremely informative,very helpfull,office staff is great go above and beyond. welcoming office, very happy here as a patient.the book is like a bible to us!! we refered to it all the time. Videos were extremely helpful also!! the ice machine was a God sent !!! the compression and ice made a hugh difference. I probably wouldnt have purchased it because of the price but now after using it I highly recomend it>>> NO swelling!!!
I had an excellent experiment with Dr Wickline and his staff. He always took his time with me at every appointment. The materials including the video and the work book gave me a lot of information and guidence. It was also comforting when I was recovering and I wasn't sure of how my progress was going. I really cannot thank Dr Wickline enough!
I could not be happier with my experience and with my results.
My overall experience was amazing. The staff and Dr listened and explained eveything to tee. They made feel very comfort with my overall expereince.
