They were behind schedule and he didn't take the time to explain things thoroughly. After looking at my x-rays he didn't offer any options or helpful solutions. He just asked what I wanted him to do. Of course asking what I want is essential, but he didn't even say whether it was a good idea or not or if he had any other ideas. He doesn't believe in reflexology or see any benefit from it. The MA doesn't know the bones in the foot.
