The apartments have roach issues that managers won't properly address, also it is nearly impossible to get any maintenance issue addressed and fixed correctly in a timely manner. In the unit we were in we had two separate water leaks and both times were told to deal with it until morning, one leak so severe that water poured from the ceiling and the other where the kitchen floor repeatedly flooded.
