I have visited Dr. Alberts several times for appointments, and he recently performed a colonoscopy. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Albert, who is very friendly and always takes into account my thoughts and preferences regarding treatment options. Also, after my colonoscopy procedure, Dr. Albert directly followed up with me via email to check in on how I was doing post-procedure. That was appreciated and showed his continued interest and attentiveness to my health care.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr Albert and his staff! After seeing a few gastro doctors, I was so happy to find one who actually took the time to listen to me. Saw Dr. Albert for irritable bowel. Previously saw a doctor at University of Chicago. After years of meds, Dr. Albert revisited my case and determined that issues I was having were consistent with Colitis. Since then, I've been on medication to treat this condition and been doing great! So so helpful. What a great experience.
Dr. Albert was a godsend. He facilitated his appointment to get him in, diagnosed him and walked us through next steps. We were truly overwhelmed. He took the time to make sure we knew he was there every step of the way. We were previously scheduled with another GI at Northwestern though the wait was 4 months to get in. I'm so glad our primary care sent us to Dr. Albert. He was knowledgeable, empathetic and sincere. Thank you so much Dr. Albert for your kindness.
