Been trying to call to adjust a payment I issued but it's not showing up. No response at all. E-mails, phonecalls NOTHING! How I'm supposed to make a payment if there is no communication from y'all? I feel I'm being scammed
They just tried telling me they sent notices to me about returned checks and not once did I receive a notice about it via mail or email. In fact, I can't even find a returned payment in my bank account history. I did have an issue with them not applying my payments to the correct account, so I am assuming that's the "returned checks" that I can't find in my bank account. RECORD YOUR OWN CALLS WITH THEM !!!! They are liars. Plain and simple. They pull a bait and switch. I agreed upon an amount and a payment plan, and then they send the agreement to sign that payment plan and the amount is $100 more than agreed upon. The recorded call is supposedly only for them and the client charging you, meaning YOU the person paying CANNOT listen to your own call. So you have no recourse to holding them accountable! They are liars. Find a way to RECORD YOUR CALLS WITH THEM!
