Great Gaming environment. A bit pricey but fun
I’m not sure after today that I’d recommend Andretti Karting in Roswell. No consistency in ride times. They shorted our kids because they were behind. When we talked to the manager afterwards, the only thing they offered was a 1 minute run to make up for it. We weren’t looking for a refund, but we paid the same as everyone else and got roughly 15% less ride time. A 10-15% discount voucher on the next visit would have been appropriate and doable.
So we drove 2 hours for a family fun day, get to the one in Marietta and they tell us they don’t have double carts so my daughter can’t ride. They tell us the Roswell one does so we drive another 25 minutes to that location. We get there and they tell us they don’t have doubles either, they took them out about a year ago BUT their pricing sign still shows doubles pricing and their response to that was “oh yeah, we haven’t updated that” (in over a YEAR). We had some very rude and disorganized employees with the karting. We went to the room about 10 min before arrival time to be told to just wait until our names are on the tv. Our names never showed up on the screen, so finally my husband asked for a second time then we were rushed to the karts without any directions given to us and then yelled at by employee very rudely and aggressively because THEY did not tell us what to do and rushed us on the track. Terrible ! After over booking they conveniently canceled our football banquet an hour before it was suppose to start. Saying “sorry, there is nothing we can do” is not good enough .
Tried to go here for my husband’s birthday and dinner took 2 hours (for no reason, our waitress kept going and talking with her table of friends). Then we went to go get a time to race and had to wait 2 more hours, which isn’t the end of the world. Then we get to the race area only to find out that almost an hour before, oil had spilled on the track and they were closing it for the night (but they didn’t tell anyone).
