Dr.Torres is a great dentist, experienced in full mouth reconstruction and implants. His staff is very attentive and kind. I highly recommend especially if you need extensive dental work.

Good dentist and hygienists, front staff does not have a clue. They have never been rude to me but they always forgot to schedule my follow up appointments in their system. Legit every time I have had to call after scheduling and make sure they enter it. For this reason I am leaving the practice, imo dentists should be the ones reaching out to you about when your next appointment is!
If I could rate this provider lower than 1 star, I would have. While Dr. Torres himself may be a good person, he has hired some extremely rude and immature employees to run his office. The rudest of all are "Roxy" and "Samantha." Never ever go this provider, given the improper billing practices involving insurance companies, and above all rude behavior by the office employees.
Unprofessional staff which reflects poorly on the doctor unfortunately...keep an eye on your insurance payments as they double dip...so sad and unethical....
