Horrible partial balayage highlight by Valerie. She burnt my scalp in multiple locations and fried my hair off completely. Its been 2 months and I'm still in the dermatologists office recovering from the damage she did. Needless to say my hair is irreparable. Can u say attorney? I suggest you don't go near this salon.
