I can't explain how incredible she is! Dr. Sims always takes the time to listen and explain. Her smile and energy makes you and your child feel comfortable. Akron pediatrics knew what they were doing when they brought her on board.
Andrea is an amazing doctor. She is very good with kids and was able to be playful and get my kid to be comfortable with listening and doing what she needed him to do (open your mouth, listen to your lungs, heart, etc.) If I had any questions, she would explain what was going on in technical and layman's terms, and share what the possible options of treatment would look like, AND answered all my "what-ifs". Like I said — amazing doctor!
She is great. Listens to everything and very thorough. She was fantastic with our child. He response time on emails was also amazing.
