We took my two month old in last night for Covid. Although there was a wait, when she came in, she gave us her full attention and even provided information not related to our primary reason of visit. This evening, she called to check on how our son was doing and asked about our other concerns to see if they had improved. I would recommend her to anybody who needs care for their child. The only caveat, she is an Emergency doctor only. I truly appreciate the care and concern shown to our son.

Dr. Gravatt, along with the ER staff, made our experience at Mary Bridge a very pleasant one. She explained everything very well to us and to my 6 year old grandson. She was very kind and had such a wonderful bedside manner that made our little guy feel calm and not cry about what needed to be done. She spoke very calmly and quietly to him and us. Literally the best doctor I’ve ever encountered. I usually dread going to the doctor because it always seems like they’re on auto-pilot or checking boxes and can’t really answer my questions. I went to the emergency room with my newborn one time and she immediately diagnosed the problem, gave us a solution, gave us a follow up in case that didn’t work and here’s where she blew my mind… she followed up by calling us at home… repeatedly.
