I have worked for Dr. Fraley for 10 years, She is one of the most kind and compassionate people I have ever met. She has never talked badly about her staff or patients. WE ALL LOVE WORKING FOR HER. Dr. Fraley is constantly going above and beyond for every single person in her office along with her patients.
Dr. Fraley is the ultimate professional in patient care and as an employer. Her longtime staff is a testament to how she treats her employees. My experiences in both her current and prior office for over 9 years has been outstanding. Her care, access and compassion are reasons I would not hesitate to refer family and friends.
I recently was in Dr. Fraleys office (Month or so ago) I over heard the Dr. Talking about her staff and calling one of her MA's lazy and then she started swearing at her staff and treating them very badly. I felt so sorry for the horrible way she treated them. The looks on their faces were so sad. I decided then, I did not want to be seen by a doctor that treated people that way. Went to my first appointment yesterday and my experience was awesome could not ask for a better staff everyone was so friendly and helpful.They took the time with me and really seem to care unlike so many other offices.I would so recommend them .Great experience .
