Arrogant and unhelpful.
Dr. Crowell disregarded the symptoms I told her and based her opinion entirely on how I presented the information. Because I come off as put together and coherent, she decided I don't have psychotic symptoms and that my depression is not severe enough to warrant more 'invasive' methods. She ignored my psychiatric history that shows I have tried nearly every mood stabilizer and many antipsychotic medications.
