As a first-time home seller, Andrea was very thoughtful and thorough when explaining the process and setting my expectations. She was knowledgeable when it came to answering questions about the local and broader market as well as transparent when it came to discussing financial topics such as commission, fees, etc. Andrea is timely when it comes to communications and stays on-top of important deadlines. My property when pending within a week of listing thanks to the hard work of her and her team.
Andrea was very knowledgeable about marketing a house in Somerset, Bellevue. Her suggestions were helpful but she allowed us to make decisions. Communication was excellent, even when we were in different time zones, and allowed us to quickly resolve any issues that arose. She expertly guided us through the process that we were not familiar with and the house sold very quickly for a good price.
