orange hair To get that cartoon charactor look of bright yellow or orange Go there....If you want your hair to look normal FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO. The only one who has a clue (or so I thought is the owner) who could od cared less for my hairdo from hell.
Choose your stylist carefully This used to be "the" place to get your hair done in Orange, but it's been slipping since it moved to Milford. Not much on ambiance, and some of their newer staffers look absolutely trashy. However, if you get one of their established stylists it's worth the money.
Fixed my color! I visited A.P. after suffering a bad bleach out (i.e. gross yellow/gold color) from a salon in OR... My hair is thin and fine and I thought I just had to wait until it grew out. After just one visit to A.P., my hair RADICALLY improved and after a second, is back to my cherished platinum blonde. My mom has been a client here for years, and as long as I'm in CT, so will I.
But a little pricey The staff and Andre Phillips is very professional and they provide a variety of hair services, washing, styling, dye jobs, and they also provide nail services too. I don't believe it's worth going if you have naturally nice hair that just needs a simple trim as prices start at 40$. But if you need extra professional things done, like dyeing or styling, than it's worth it going here than over a discount hair cutters.

I got my haircut by Phillip and my color and foil done by Amber. I am VERY pleased with the way things turned out.
