Right from the start, i had problems with this company. From the time she had a maintenance manager who she tried to rent my home and held my home for over a month (which caused me a month’s pay) for her and tried to hold it even longer until i had to step up and said that the property has to be posted today... to the time she blames me for the maintenance manager who said she was at the premises for 4 hours waiting on Lowes (told them that Lowes will be there BETWEEN 8-12pm. Wonderful people, have always been, provide excellent care to the properties they manage, Karen is the nicest person you will ever meet!
Do Not Hire Karen to be over your property. Had to terminate our contract because she failed to do business as we discussed before I hired her to be my property manager. She doesn't have the owners best interest as she will let any contractor charge you whatever to complete the smallest repair. As long as she's getting her money off the top she doesn't care. She also doesn't screen potential renters as well. She chose a couple to rent my property and they were not clean people. They had cats that they let pee all in the home... read more
