I can’t say enough good things about André Bourgeault at eXp Realty. From start to finish, André was absolutely fantastic to work with. I highly recommend André Bourgeault for anyone looking to lease their property. He went well beyond the standard duties of a realtor to ensure my place was ready for market. André was incredibly hands-on, helping me source reliable electricians, HVAC technicians, and plumbers to get the property in top shape. Thanks to his efficiency, we rented the place quickly to great tenants. If you want a proactive, resourceful, and professional agent in the Niagara region, André is the one to call.
It was an excellent experience, he was extremely polite, thorough and attentive. He did a great job and I would defined recommend him to anyone.
