There needs to be a choice of negative stars! No paperwork given on sign in! Put in hospice room when what is needed is physical therapy. Dietary forgot that he was there and didn't give breakfast! Because he is in a hospice bed, they didn't help him to get out of bed. They tried to say that someone who is there for a physical problem with no history of memory problems is mistaken when he says that he was NOT washed. The day shift didn't feel that he was worth helping out of bed and the night shift said it was not their job.... read more
