I just saw on the news about how they stuffed 17 bodies in a makeshift morgue and the POLICE were the ones that discovered it. This nursing home needs to be SHUT DOWN and NEVER get a license to operate again! SUE THE OWNERS IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS IMMEDIATELY!!!!! The most cherished Gift we have in life is our FAMILY!! DONT BRING THEM HERE!!!
My mother was there and everyone hated her, except for a few great workers. She is difficult but if your in this profession and can’t deal with patients ... GET A NEW profession. They are short handed and the place is EXTREMELY dirty. The food is disgusting. DO NOT put your loved one here. I brought my mom to Forest Manor in Hope, the place is SO wonderful!!!! VERY clean. We and she are happy she’s there.
Neglect and abuse patients
Food is horrible, no privacy. Rooms are over capacity. Smells awful. Some of the nurses and staff are great, but there is too many people for them to handle. It's chaos constantly in there. My father had shoes on that literally had chunks taken out of them and they hadn't been replaced. There is no excuse.
The worst place ever. My mom was there and did not get good care. There were a select few people who were good but overall it was bad. I've seen employees walking past residents who needed help. It took a half an hour to get someone to help my mother to the bathroom. My mother cried every day. It was the worst few weeks of her life. Very dirty also. I wouldn't let my dog stay there. I would NEVER recommend this place!

Stay away!!! Understaffed so help is hard to get. Wait forever. Food is inedible. Very boring, not much to do. No privacy, staff just walk right in. Dementia patients wonder around even into your room and won't leave, take your stuff and get nasty. TV choice of channels is aweful. Don't come here or send a love one here.
