Searching for an apartment can be so stressful and hard. Mike Ham made this stressful situation such a breeze. My rent was raised at another apartment complex by a lot and i had a short window to find a new place. Mike has been working with me over the last 3 weeks to get me exactly what i needed. This apartment complex was by far the WORST decision i’ve ever made. We were shown one unit and put 200$ down for them to hold it just for them to give us a unit that was nothing like what they showed. Trying to get maintenance out is awful i’ve had multiple work orders in for MONTHS now. Another renter posted pictures of the inside of their apartment infested with mold. 6-MO UPDATE: Things here have gotten drastically worse! Let’s see, the rats have moved their residence from the garbage can to the building. It’s come to light that they do “bait-and-switch” visits, where you come to view an apartment. They show you the amazing apartment and sign you to a dump with less-than the quoted amenities. Good place to live. Not thrilled about the rent going up EVERY year by $50. Now our pool isn’t open past 5p. Which is very convenient since I work until then most days. So now I pay more money and don’t get to enjoy the pool anymore.
