Moving out soon as my lease is up. They’ll act all concern about helping you and fixing the issues but they won’t do it or half ass do it just money hungry. Biggest regret moving in here!
IF YOURE THINKING OF MOVING HERE, DONT. I would give this place 0 stars if it was possible. The building is constantly filled with junk or trash from the other tenants causing the building to be have a population of Rats. Management has done nothing during my entirety of my lease to control the problem or get rid of them. There is constantly open food, candy, toys and other junk cluttering the hallway that the property only seems to clean once every other month. Absolutely love this place it is very quiet and cozy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing an apartment, staff is very kind and polite. Mike ham, and Tonya were an absolute wonder to deal with. Maintenance is also great here quick to help and is able to perform all tasks needed in a fashionable manner Steve and Jason the maintenance men are very polite and quick to get the job done and done right.
I had a great experience when filling out my form for leasing and showing of my apartment! Mike Ham was outstanding he was very kind and had helped me along the way with anything I needed, a laundry room key considering it was both my boyfriend and I who moved on ! He responds very quickly to emails ! Tonya when my rent was a few days passed due I had a email of eviction because it's automated she assured me that we were fine and explained everything to me !!
