I absolutely would not rent from this place. First off, the property manager Colleen Curtin is a snake. She's very dishonest. She will tell you anything to get you to sign a lease. NONE of the residents or maintenance men care for her at all. She rubs EVERYONE the wrong way. If you don't believe me, go to this property & speak to anyone of the residents for yourself.
