They are always helpful with technical advice, the most competetive pricing, and most of all the whole staff's hospitality!!! Whether I am purchasing new equipment, parts, or getting equipment serviced....... LOUISVILLE TRACTOR is the way to go!!!!
Ordered a part online on 9/10, was told delivery would be 9/13-19. Called on 9/21 to check the delivery status, they told me, in a less than professional manner, that they hadn't even gotten the part yet. I asked if I could cancel the order, she said yep, and hung up on me. I will never use them again. Now I will have to wait and see if I actually get a refund for the part they never even had to begin with.
Ordered Parts for John Deere Riding mower. It took 7 days for the order to be shipped. This is just plain unacceptable to hold someone's order for this long before shipping. I would not ever recommend Louisville Tractor to anyone.
