I bought a new Scag 52” mower two years ago, and various parts and other things from Louisville Tractor since then. They have always had any part or accessory I’ve needed for mowers or service. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I had one issue with my mower, it wasnt anything serious, and was covered under warranty. We made an appointment to get it fixed and it was fixed promptly. I took my Bandit 250 serial # 21700 into Louisville Tractor inc. in Louisville Ky to have the clutch replaced, new knives installed & clean out door replaced on bottom on September 8 2017. they quoted me $3200 ish I picked it up 3 weeks LATER Yesterday October 2 2017 and they DID NOT replace my clutch & DID NOT INSTALL THE CLEAN OUT DOOR. THEY only replaced my knives (which was the easiest part of the job.)...Continue Reading
My lawn tractor threw a belt on the cutting deck an I called Louisville Tractor on a Friday afternoon and made arrangements to have it picked up the following Monday. They called back a said they could pick it up that day (Friday). I had the mower back within a week. It was serviced, cleaned and looked new. It runs as good as it ever did. Thanks to Larry in the service department for the help and excellent customer service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ORDERED A BLADE AND A FUEL FILTER ON JUNE 29. CONTACTED THEM VIA PHONE ON JULY 5 FOR AN UPDATE. MADE SEVERAL EXCUSES AND THEN TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE THE PARTS ON FRIDAY JULY 7. RECEIVED TRACKING INFO FINALLY ON JULY 7 AND TRACKED TODAY AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN TO THE USPS. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS.
