I have been here 3 times and each time was there more than an hour waiting on them to get my things. They mixed my Insurance and personal info up with another person's, charged me money when my out-of-pocket was already met, Argued with me about picking up a prescription last week when I did not, and the customer service was rude. The worst Customer Service ever...rented a wheel chair and they wanted to charge for a whole month when only needed for a weekend and now 2 weeks after returning it they are still holding onto my cash security deposit...conveniently lost the paperwork..if they pull this on a younger customer I am afraid to think what they may be doing to other people that don't know to watch for it.
I have been in twice to get a knee immobilizer. The first time they gave me one it was to big then I went back to exchange it and they gave me one that was to small.
1 star isn't even worth it. I have been dealing with them for 3 generations. My daughter was in a car accident, I went in there with a script for a wheelchair. The insurance lady, who is rude, told me they "CHOOSE" to not deal with insurance for car accidents because it takes to long to get paid. I called my insurance company right there in Anderson's and they said they would pay. So if you want to private pay that's OK. We are not talking hundreds of dollars it's like $70 something a month, for 3 months. Boy they must be ha... read more
