My mother has had nothing but bad experiences with this company. She had no choice but to return, even though she was physically assaulted last time she was a customer. She had some equipment worked on and paid in advance. The owner refused to accept her word, or even the bank statement on her phone since she had missed placed the receipt. This for the Bloomington Indiana one. They said my mom had abused and used her wheelchair so they wouldn't fix it after they fixed once and it broke it almost immediately after getting fixed. So now she is without her wheelchair which how she gets around. So no this place sucks.

Apparently they can't check on faxes and they hire people that can be complete jerks!! Every single time I've need something from them it been a hassle. Not once a pleasant experience!
We were stranded out of town with an issue with my son's oxygen. They refused to fill our tanks (which are the same as theirs) even though I was willing to pay and had his prescription on hand.
From the initial phone call to inquire about what to do, help with insurance and prompt fitting of the air cast, I can't say enough great things about my experience.
