They could improve by having better customer interactions, they REALLY suck in that! They aren't friendly & frankly act like they don't care if you buy from them or not, they must not get paid commission. My suggestion is you retrain them, or get new people that at least ACT like they care about their customers. This is a very rude way to run a business! Debbie Maynard, Terre Haute, In.

Start by being not so rude. Their prices are extremely high and they seem to be abnormally nervous. What's that all about?!
Change their entire business model and hire a new staff
Rude staff, wouldn’t let me finish my sentence after asking a question before making a less than courteous remark. Ended up going elsewhere in town and found what I needed cheaper and with better service. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else.
Customers are always greeted when walking in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They know exactly how to help you and takes the time to actually talk and explain things to you. I highly recommend Anderson’s. Thank you for all your help!!!
Went there to buy a boot for my foot. The guy was such a jerk I left. Won’t ever be back.
