If you need a vehicle, go see Al!!! He works very hard to get you into what you want/need. There was a car we saw on the website that we told by a different salesman at different lot that there was a lot of inquiries about it and re-directed my husband. We went to see Al, so we could run numbers and talk to our insurance company to see what our costs would be. Al tracked down the car and drove us over to look at it at the different lot. Very unfortunate that the “Service Advisors” Tony and Ryan find it laughable that someone broke into my car. Ryan laughed at me when I asked him about my alarm not going off during the break in. No apathy. Wow...
I stopped by to look at Tundras, Moe helped me out, went for a test drive. When we got back, we went and looked at the Tundras that they had in stock. We went back inside to get his business card and finish up. That's when some yahoo brought a couple over, butted in and told Moe, "I have some customers here for you"! What exactly am I? I most certainly won't be back, I won't put up with rude ass people like him. Sorry Moe and Ryan, Mr. Buttinski ruined it.
I was really pleased with our purchase from Anderson Toyota. There was no pressure to purchase at all, and Mo our sales person wanted to make sure we found the car the was just right for us. We looked at several different Highlanders on 2 different occasions before deciding on the right one. We eventually did and the transaction was very smooth. Kim listened, did his research, and found a car that perfectly suited our needs. The process was low pressure and he kept on it until he tracked down exactly what we were looking for. He was honest and avoided lame “salesy” stuff. Good guy. I also learned that Tony (finance) and I were at the same Slayer concert in Milwaukee. Do not be fooled by the button-ups and khakis.
