The service side is a joke! they have been refusing to work on my car because i will not spend $400 to replace the bolts on my skid plate. I was told today that until i spend the money for the bolts they will no longer service my car. sorry a skid plate is not necessary to my cars function and i don't appreciate being bullied into spending unnecessary money.
Went there last night to take a look around talked to Al Smith, ended up driving away in a new vehicle. Al was knowledgeable of the vehicles, took care of me while there. Very pleased. Talk to Al Smith when ya go there.
We love our 2012 Jeep that we bought from Anderson Toyota in April of 2018. The employees are very nice to deal with. Especially Mo. Thanks for the Honeybun, Mo. Mike enjoyed it. �
