I was on vacation in Rockford and developed an issue with parking brake on my Rav 4 Hybrid. They quickly inspected car even though I didn't have an appointment. They assured me it was safe enough to drive back home to my state. Everyone was helpful and courteous.

Anderson Toyota has excellent service after the sale. We purchased a new 2018 Toyota Highlander and took it in for a slow tire leak figuring we must have picked up nail. Much to everyone’s surprise there was a plug in our tire and it was failing to hold air. So, a new tire was in order. Since we had not put a plug in it since we owned it and the dealership had not either , they stood behind their product and did not charge us for the tire ! Bought a used vehicle from these these guys, great working with Steve H and Matt J the GM. Even though car was bought as is there was a slight issue and they took care of the problem!!
