Engine had to be replaced due to a recall. My only negative is I ask for water pump to be replaced since there wouldn’t be any labor since technician was swapping it from old engine to new engine it was not done. Not a big problem. We were treated with respect and will return to Anderson for all our Subaru needs.

I have always had the oil changed in my car at Anderson Subaru with no complications. They say they always check and top off the fluid levels but this time I knew the fluid for my windshield wipers needed to be filled because the indicator light would come on. I figured if they were checking the fluids they would fill the washer fluid, but after leaving the dealership the indicator is still coming on and I ended up filling it myself. So now I question whether they really do take the time to check & top off the engine fluids!
