I have been taking my Subaru to be serviced here for a few years now. However, recently the customer service has taken a bad turn. I've tried to schedule a service appointment for three days now, the website isn't working and every time I call, I get forwarded to a voice mail box that no one seems to check. I'll be taking my business somewhere else.
I am an employee but my wife and I each have 2015 Subarus and we love them!
