Used the USAA auto buying service to get a certified price, Anderson Subaru is a certified USAA dealership, got there and they wouldn't match the locked in certified price and wanted me to pay msrp. (2016 Impreza Premium Sport) Wouldn't even go down to the average sold price for vehicle. Wasted 3 hours of our time and got zero resolution. Claims to be a USAA certified dealer just to get USAA members through the door and saying you can just use that certificate just for the % off your APR. Anderson subaru is great!! They greatly helped my mother and myself get wonderful new cars we never even dreamed we would be able to get! They answer all of my ridiculous questions with a smile. It's never hard to find someone to talk to. As soon as you pull up they are there to help you to the best of their ability. I would highly recommend going to Anderson subaru. The cars last forever. My mom's has gotten her to and from North Carolina twice no problem. It's just an all around good decision to go there!!
We went in today looking to purchase a used car (Honda Fit). The salesman Evan was very nice, polite, and not pushy at all. In fact, no one that we came across today was pushy in any way. We were treated nicely and were in and out as in a timely fashion. I would definitely go to them first if I am in need of another car whether it be new or used.
I recently went to Anderson for my 6K mile oil change/tire rotation. Service was exceptionally friendly and professional. My only disappointment was the communication. My appointment was supposed to last one hour, but due to a service back-up, it lasted two hours. This is completely understandable, but in the future, I'd like to get a phone call about the delay. I returned after an hour only to spend an additional hour in the waiting area.
Recently bought a Crosstrek from Brian Jones! Guy was great and bent over backwards for us! Also the Sales Manager! I would recommend anyone to these guys! Also, I have never had a salesman personally hand write a thank you card and send it to us in the mail!!
