Everyone from the salespersons, to the service department, to the receptionists are very helpful & friendly.
I purchased a used car for my daughter & within a week we had to replace the breaks. Also drove off the lot with no gas in the car, no oil change sticker, no wiper fluid or brake fluid. We realized when the brake light came on the no brake fluid we added still an issue so took it to a mechanic & they immediately saw there was an issue with our brakes. This is something that when they inspected the car they would have seen. So disappointed & have only got the run around & no call backs when promised.

My Impreza needed a control arm replaced and the tires had to be aligned. A very knowledgeable friend was with me and he said that their price was reasonable. The staff is very polite and explains the process clearly. By the way, all of that work had to be done because of a mishap that I had on a dark and rainy night. I give Anderson Subaru a five star rating!
