Have patronized this dealership only twice. Will never do so again. In our brief relationship, Anderson Subaru charged me for a fuel induction service without performing the work (I caught the mistake), lied to me, released my maintenance records without my consent, and multiple representatives (including the owner) yelled at me in the course of trying to "help" me. RecommendedAnderson Subaru gave me a great deal on a 2019 Subaru Outback. Their service department has been extremely helpful in teaching me the best ways to maintain/preserve my beautiful car. The service manager/advisors are as knowledgeable as they are helpful.
Customer service in their auto repair shop is lacking. Quite clearly, this dealership only cares about closing the deal & not the maintenance component. Very frustrating experience with their service department over my 2019 Subaru Outback. Anderson Subaru is a major disappointment.
I used Anderson Subaru after an amazing first experience with the service department. Even came back a second time for elective servicing and diagnostics. Naturally when there was another service required for my Impreza I immediately scheduled with Anderson Subaru. Booked the appointment two months in advance and even added the Bumper to Bumper derailing. Let me just say that Anderson will NO longer have my business.
