I took my vehicle in for an oil change, and I am having a problem with my electrical. I had appointment at 9 o’clock they change the oil and then proceeded to tell me that they could not work on the electrical because they did not have a technician that knew what he was doing, and the service person told me that they would call me back on Monday to have me bring the truck back in, but I have not heard back from him. So I guess I will have to take it to a dealer that knows what they’re doing.

I pulled into Lake Havasu City and the transmission went out on my Nissan Rogue! I called and spoke with Sean who I believe went above and beyond in helping and guiding me on what to do! He gave me a great tip on how to avoid this from happening to me again! They could have taken advantage on the repair cost, but they did not! Sean was courteous, professional and honest.
