Great service...Easy to get an appointment... very friendly service department personnel...Ed is very thorough and conscientious.
I was told by another service provider hit my rear brakes and rotors were shot. I had a hard time believing this as the car isn't that old so I called Ed and asked him for a second opinion. As it turns out my rotors were fine they just needed to be returned and the pads replaced. The honesty and efficiency that I received at Anderson from Ed made me realize that it never hurts to get a second opinion. thank you Ed and Anderson.
