I have spent tens thousands of dollars here on doors and windows over the years. The rollers on my patio sliders were supposed to be stainless steel as well as the cranks on my windows. All of these parts are now rusting, therefore, NOT stainless and the sliders don’t operate anymore. Now, I’m in need of parts for my sliding doors, so I called Anderson Moulding, and I cannot get an answer whether the parts even exist anymore. Extremely disappointing
