Professional and Responsive - a difficult combination to beat. We were buying a small outboard engine and the staff treated us like we were the most important folks in the place. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, kind, and helpful. To top it off, they offered us the best price within a 5 state radius - well worth a 6 hour drive. Wish we lived closer so we could take all of our business there. Thank you for a great experience Joy and staff.
I would not purchase or have these people transport a boat for me any day. They load boats on their trailers and don’t even bother to hook up the trailer lights and I almost ran into them going down the interstate. you call in to make a complaint and they are very rude and ignorant to you. Do not purchase or have your boat service from these people they are most ignorant people around middle Tennessee
I bought a $5k boat from them. I was told on exit that all electronics work, engine has been gone through, and it was in good condition. The bilge and aerator pumps did not work as well as 50% of the console gauges. I found numerous cut and severed pieces tied in the ransom and console areas. Both bilge and aerator pumps had massive corrosion that anyone who looks at can tell it will not work. Have always been reliable and helpful! We drive over an hour to them because we trust them. They have completed warranty work and more! Definitely the best around for Yamaha!
I contacted Anderson Marine to ask about servicing my 2016 Sea-Doo RXP 300. They advised they do not service personal watercraft, but did recommend Mid Tennessee Powersports and America’s Motorsports Rivergate, which I appreciate. I had been considering purchasing a new boat from them, so I was a bit surprised they don’t offer that type of service.
