Donn gave a thorough inspection that discovered a number of issues. The inspection report categorized, described, and illustrated with photos, the issues using industry-standard classifications. He was personable and knowledgeable through the entire process. Great to work with!
Donn and his staff are wonderful! As first time home buyers we were very nervous but he answered all of our questions and explained his process thoroughly. The final report was comprehensive and lived up to all of my expectations. I highly recommend him for all of your inspection needs.

Very good experience throughout. Donn and his staff was professional and helpful in explaining the process. While going through the inspection, Donn would explain what he was doing and why, offering to answer any questions I might have. Had our house inspected and he did a great job, as confirmed by the 4 subsequent specialty inspectors that we scheduled to follow up. We ended up buying the house, but with eyes wide open to the issues that we are going to face while owning it. We heard of anderson hone inspection through a co-worker and we decided to use them as well. We were first time buyers and didn’t know much of anything when it came to what to look for when buying a house. Donn taught us so much from in the few hours he was there. What to look for the next time we buy a house and samll things that should be done to the current house if we were to buy it. The home inspection took about 3 hours. The first hour consisted as an educational question and answer period, followed by the inspection. I felt very comfortable with our Inspector Mike, who by the way is a Milwaukee firefighter, with his experience and knowledge as an inspector.
Donn actually beat us to the site and was already set up when we got there. His report was both exhaustive and informative - there were no questions whatsoever! Absolutely worth the money and would hire again in a flash!
