Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.
Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up, My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time to ask questions like when does my prescription expire. Most places give you up to three years (theres was only good for one). I dont understand the big deal of not giving me my prescription for my records, I mean I did pay for it dont I have the right to them wheather they are expired or not?
