The waiting area chairs at this eye care facility were average. Not the most comfortable but not crappy either. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They answered most of my questions, but I could have used more information for sure. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They would probably do better if they were more friendly. Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me
