Great Experience I had a great buying experience here at Lake Chevrolet. My favorite part of the whole experience was that the sales rep Enrique Colon allowed me to take the 2500 4x4 Silverado off roading to be able to experience the quality of the suspension that is on the truck. I recommend anybody that is looking for a new or used vehicle to come down to Lake Chevrolet and talk to Enrique, he will take care of you and ensure that you are fully satisified.
Harassment My wife and I came in to purchase a new SUV after speaking with Gus and Tim, both online and over phone the night before. They were very friendly and tried their best to fit our needs.This is; however, up until the contracts were signed. I love my car!! I first was online and spoke with Tim. I asked him if he had a certain car, and he checked right away and found the exact car that I asked for. We set up an appointment the next day. I didn't have a lot of time, but he made sure I got a lot of info without me feeling rushed. Every member of the staff that I conducted business with, treated me with respect PLUS answered all my questions and I had LOTS of them. Sean Orr, sales manager was very personable and made me feel extremely confident about the purchase of our Tahoe! Tim McCullough, sales and leasing was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nice Dealer You never often here people recall a good car buying experience. I purchased a new car from Lake CHevrolet about 2 years ago. I did it all over the internet with their internet group. I was at the dealer for 30 mins to sign papers. Everything else was ready to go. This was a great experience.
